How to solve problem of import attendance data from zkt40 on windows10

Hello Mr/Mrs
I am programmer and developed application work with your product such as zktmb460 &k40.
My application work very well on windows 7
But it is not working on windows 10 especially during import attendance data.
Please help me as soon as quickly
Thank you in advance

What I have tried:

i turn off firewall and remove some win10 update
but the problem still found

No idea who you think you're talking to - there are 15 million members here, so references to "your product" is meaningless.

Don't post this under Quick Answers - if you got the code from an article, then there is a "Add a Comment or Question" button at the bottom of that article, which causes an email to be sent to the author. They are then alerted that you wish to speak to them.
Posting this here relies on them "dropping by" and realising it is for them.

If you are trying to talk to the manufacturers of a "zktmb460" then you need to go to their website: we have no idea what it is, much less how it works!

And either way, you need to learn how to ask a question: your question is so vague and free from information that we couldn't help you if we wanted to!
