Radcombobox change position when page is scrolled

When I open a Telerik RadComboBox and then scroll the page, drop down list just change its position somehow. It should actually remain with the combo box. But it gets detached. How could I stop that?
This dropdown is part of a snapshot.

What I have tried:

I want this dropdown to remain intact at the position even when page is scrolled.

You should be asking Telerik why this is happening - e.g. DropDown strange behavior- opened content listing gets detached from control when moving the window in UI for WinForms | Telerik Forums[^]
radcombobox dropdown detaches significantly in UI for ASP.NET AJAX | Telerik Forums[^] etc etc etc
