How do I prevent CR_CALL_NOT_IMPLEMENTED error while using CM_CONNECT_MACHINE ?

I have used CM_CONNECT_MACHINEA function to connect with remote machine computer management, click here to view the code.I cannot reslove CR_CALL_NOT_IMPLEMENTED error.

what is the format of UNCServerName as a params in CM_CONNECT_MACHINE ?

What I have tried:

I have tried to eject the usb in remote machine using c++, by using this CM_Request_Device_Eject_ExA function , to eject on remote I have to connect with remote machine so,I use CM_CONNECT_MACHINE function.
