Servicenow business rule prevent creating relationships

Hi,

I am trying to create relations by using script in my transform map but I am getting below error.

Operation against file 'cmdb_rel_ci' was aborted by Business Rule 'Prevent Recursion in CI Relationships^91eb95ab87bd119850d2eca73cbb352a'. Business Rule Stack:Prevent Recursion in CI Relationships

If anyone can help me out to check what is the issue here.

What I have tried:

1- Created same relationship manually.
2- There are no same relationships exists in cmdb_rel_ci table

It's not necessarily about "same relationships" - X could be related to Y then related to Z that you are trying to relate to X. Only you can work out what has gone wrong, we can't access your installation
