How do I validate JWT?

JWT is implemented in Corporate App using Angular and Springboot. JWT is signed with Algorithm and secret key concatenated with Client Ip Address. Problem is JWT generated on one server with diff client ip is being allowed on another server.Because of diff IPs, the signature of JWT should be different hence it should not validate JWT on a diff server but its returning true. If anybody knows what's happening..?
