How do I get sync settings to work on VS code?

When I turn on Sync Settings in VS code and sign in I get this message.


Error while turning on Settings Sync. Please check logs for more.

And this is my log message.

What I have tried:

I've tried changing the file access priviledges on my pc and restarting it.
I've also tried doing what Google suggests all to no avail.
