How to submit a form in popup window

hi I have page called 1.html
it's code is :-

function sss (){
dd=window.open ("2.html");
dd.q.submit ();
}
""
and I other page called 2.html
it's code is:-
""
and when I run the commands "dd=window.open
("2.html");
dd.q.submit ();" on google chrome console I get the
following message:-
SecurityError: Blocked a frame with origin "null" from
accessing a cross-origin frame

What I have tried:

I search about this but I didn't find anything.
