Dear Members,

I have 3 units of the InBio 460, suddenly noticed 2 of them stopped communication with the server, after several check we discovered that the TCP Port on two of the devices are 4370 and the third device is 14370.
The device with TCP port 14370 is the only one communicating with the server.
How can I change the device TCP port so i cannot register my staff to those specific doors.

Will appreciate your support.

Thank you

What I have tried:

I have tried to see if i can modify from the IP/web access

Whatever 'InBio 460' is (ok, I googled it...), most probably there is a way to configure them with which port it should communicate?

Assuming that the server is the listening device, the TCP port on the others should not matter. However, the answer to the problem is most likely to be found in the device documentation.

Thanks. Read the documentation over and over, however I am re-reading the documentation again, maybe something i missed
