How does opengauss load data files (import and export) do?

PostgreSQL uses pg_dump and pg_dumpall for a logical backup of the database, uses pg_restore to import the data, pg_dumpall is a backup of the entire database cluster, and pg_dump can select a database or a partial table for the backup.How does openGauss load data files (import and export) do?

What I have tried:

I tried pg_dump and pg_dumpall,but it doesn't work. is there some tools in openGauss to help import and export?
