Paypal payment solution for process multiple accounts

I would like to implement a Paypal payment script within my ecommerce type website.
It caters for multiple sales from multiple vendors.
I would prefer it written in vb.net language to interact with my website pages.
I have amalgamated sales figures and associated them into vendor groups in an array collection ready for payment processing.
Can you advise and suggest means to obtain such a script or where an expert programmer on the topic could be found please.

What I have tried:

I tried creating one using basic code excerpt examples obtained from Paypal website. Though a basic one for connect with server it left a lot to be desired and it eventually did not work as i gather Paypal upgraded software security at the time.

That's one suggestion on Freelancer. Though i did try them originally and was not to my satisfaction. I got promises yet none delivery of what i asked for. I eventually rescripted some code and made a basic working version. I had hoped that someone here would know where to obtain a suitable script file written in either C or VB language.
