How to passthrough USB in hyperv win 10 from host machine?

I am using Windows 10 in Hyper-V. I need to passthrough the USB from the host I tried by using the enhanced session mode I need to do through programming, I don't find any API for this functionality, please suggest any API for passthrough the USB in any programming language.

What I have tried:

I tried by manually enabling enhanced session mode.
