Problem with downloading code attachment

I am trying to download the code from the link. It stops after 20MB and sometimes it goes upto 40MB (File size is about 120MB). It shows Network Error

What I have tried:

I have tried from different places (home/office). The result is the same.

Don't post this under Quick Answers - if you got the code from an article, then there is a "Add a Comment or Question" button at the bottom of that article, which causes an email to be sent to the author. They are then alerted that you wish to speak to them.
