What I have tried:

Tried using the documentation with REST API, used baseURL/api/account/apikey

API Key is generated, but Jenkins throws below error

ERROR:An error occurred creating the job. The job details contain missing or invalid parameters.
AppScan Enterprise (ASE): baseURL/ase

You need to consult the Jenkins documentation to find out which parameter is incorrect or missing.
