Hello there,

I am thinking for certification of PL-900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals. Can someone please help me, is there any scope as Microsoft Power Platform Developer as like Azure. Or it wont be fruitful to invest time in learning this. Kindly guide.

What I have tried:

I am going through some tutorials on web found that Microsoft Power Platform is no/low code platform and we can build apps for organization.

This exam measures your ability to describe the business value of Power Platform; identify the core components of Power Platform; demonstrate the capabilities of Power BI; describe the capabilities of Power Apps; demonstrate the capabilities of Power Automate; and demonstrate the business value of Power Virtual Agents.

How do I become a Microsoft Certified Power Platform expert?

For this certification, you need a minimum of 1 to 3 years as a Power Platform solution architect or 7 to 10 years as a senior consultant or developer, along with deep knowledge of Power Platform architecture

Is PL-900 certification worth the time and energy?

For the majority of IT professionals, passing the PL-900 exam won't do much for your career. It certainly won't hurt, but your time and energy would be better spent investing in another, more targeted, higher-level certification.

These are the questions you need to ask -What, Why, Where, When, How to decide for yourself if this si the way forward for you.
