Please assist me solve this problem!

If you've been infected with malware that encrypts your files and drives, you have no choice but to destroy the partitions on the drives and rebuild the machine from scratch. Everything you had on those drives is lost.

There is no way you're going to be able to decrypt the data without the keys, which you are never going to get from the people that wrote the malware.

As the others have said, your lappie is toast - unless you pay money to the malware authors you will not be able to recover the data.
And even if you do, there is no guarantee that the keys they give you will work. Many don't truly encrypt your data they overwrite it with random crap instead as it's a lot easier for a script kiddie to do that than learn how to write encryption ...

Scrub the drive(s) and reinstall from scratch.

And when you have a good solid (clean) install, there are two things you need to do as a matter of priority:

1) Backup your system. There are good, free packages that will back you yup - I use AOMEI Backupper but there are others. Then take regular backups to air-gapped media so if this happens again, you don't lose too much time (or data) getting your system back up and running.

2) Work out where you got the infection, and never, ever do that / go there again!
