I have been trying to count a number based on two range and criteria. but i can't solve it.
This is the data, i try to count how much cage between 100-200, 200-300 and if there was SPLIT count as +1 cage.

What I have tried:

i've trying using countifs + if but still does'nt get the answer

Firstly, the data you show has nothing to do with what your problem states: Your cage values aren't numeric and don't even get lose to 100, let alone 300, and what "SPLIT count as +1 cage." means I have no idea.

But the important bit is that this is the wrong site entirely for this: we are not an Excel support site, we are software development - and while I use Excel quite a lot, this question a=has nothing at all to do with producing code.

Please take this to an Excel site - google will find you loads - and ask there. But think about what you are trying to do and rephrase your question so it relates to the actual data you show, as well as showing what cell formulas or whatever you have tried.
