How can I read .dbf files in talend or java ?

Hi,

I want to read .dbf files in Talend 7.3 for data integration.

I really need some help about this topic because I am sure there is a way within Talend.

If there is any way to do it in Java, I can at least use it in Talend as Java code.

So my question is : is there any reference where i can find valid component in talend that can read dbf files ? or is there any guide how to read dbf files with java code ?

What I have tried:

i changed my question to fit to 'CODE PROJECT' conditions

i check in many web sites for answers but found nothing .

Probably need to use an ODBC driver for DBF files (various flavors with minor differences exist; e.g.: FoxPro, dBase)

hi thx a lot fpr replying ; i tried that method but it did not work because that was in a very old talend verion and after certain version of talend they deprecated that kind of method ;
you will keep looking in forums wishing to find an answer .
