Probably not. As I suggested in your question at Can you help me code im a complete beginner[^], you need to start at the very beginning. Go to the link I gave you and start working through the tutorial. If you find it quite easy to understand then once you feel comfortable with Python you can think about moving on to other languages such as C++, C#, Java etc. But do not expect to be writing complicated applications or websites in a few days. Learning programming takes time (sometimes years), and also lots of practice, practice, practice.
