Solution 1

Visual Studio is an IDE: it stands for Integrated Development Environment, and it includes editor(s), compiler(s), and debugger(s) all in one package.

So if you have it already, you don't need to download it, and if you don't, just google "Visual Studio download Microsoft" and the top link will get you started.
