Adding references to ASP.NET empty website asmx file - not showing after adding

I’m having a problem. After I’m adding the references projects by clicking right click on the App_Core folder —> add reference —>
After I add those projects with v sign, I can’t see them, their classes are not recognized in the asmx file.

I know from other project of mine that "roslyn" folder is missing.

What I have tried:
