how one will be able to see the machine code of a text , for example a letter in C# by coding ?

What I have tried:

just thought of an idea as because if i do like this
transfer the text into some format and then code that format into machine code and show it to user it would be really hard for someone to break

What do you mean by "machine code" in this context. Text characters all have numeric values, so it is a simple matter to display them as a sequence of decimal or hexadecimal values. But ultimately, what are you trying to achieve?

okay sir i'll not do that another better idea has come in my mind ie we know english alphabets are 26 ie if these letters are written horizontally then 12 are left and 12 are right leaving 2 in the middle ie 13th and 14th. so 12 letters to left , 12 letters to right..here lyes the programming
any letter and any number of letters if encrypted then the encrypted value will contain 26 letters

I think your time would be better spent studying proper encryption.

What book? If you want to learn how to do something then you first need to learn how to do your own research. Google must be the easiest tool ever invented: just type "encryption" into it.
