How do I initiate view subscriber and views from youtube in android studio?

I am not really sure if I should use the analytics API in my code or there is a better way to use metadata. I only want my project to enable my friends to register and give them an option to register there YouTube channel within the app and enable there subscribers or views to show on there account dashboard
