I want save some information(gps data and coordinates and ...) in text file and then export this text file to .m file (for useing in matlab7.1).

You have given us very limited information to go on, so I will give you a general solution.

First, you need to find out the file structure that is required for a .m file. I will assume it's a plain text file with .m extension.

Then, grab your information (from where you don't say), process your data and write a text file in the required format, giving it a .m extension.

If you can be more specific with the issue you are facing, people will be able to be more specific with their answers!!
