How to select a input tag without having text attribute using xpath

Please let me know to select the input tag which does not contain any text in it using dynamic xpath.

What I have tried:

Meanwhile I can't use //div/input[1], Since the input tags changes dynamically. Kindly let me know solution for this using dynamic xpath.

Try:

XPath

//div/input[text()='']

or:

XPath

//div/input[not(text())]
