I have one datatable in javascript with five columns in it. Out of five columns three columns are check box.

My requirement is if I click first check box other columns should be disable in row that means It must be grayed out.

Please suggest some solution

You have not explained which datatable type you are using.

Aside from us not willing to do your homework for you, you apparently need to do a lot of study as to what the uses are for AJAX, javaScript, datatables (where?) and basic usage of HTML's DOM.

It's all hear - and you have a job ahead of you: W3Schools Online Web Tutorials[^]

Using AJAX implies a server-side language - which you don't seem to mention.
