How to use worldcat API to retrieve all bibliographic data of a book providing its ISBN

I want to know how to use WorldCat "free or paid" API or Web service that allows me to send a request with the ISBN and receive a response with all the bibliographic data fields of the book and cover image using JSON or XML or whatever

What I have tried:

I am registered in WorldCat but I did not find any answer to my questions and I sent them 3 messages using their contact form but did not receive any replies, I use asp.net platform and I want to know how to consume WorldCat web service that I need
