Vertical scrollbar not displayed

In one of my .html file, I coded

However, the vertical scrollbar does not display.

What I have tried:

The scrollbar will only be visible when the data overflows at top and bottom.

This is a vertical one. But it does not display on the right of the container.

Works fine for me. There must be something else in your styles which is overriding the property.

Inspect the body element in your browser's developer tools, and look at the computed style to see what the property is set to, and where it's set.
