I can't get monodevelop. What to do ?

i have downloaded gdk# for net and downloaded the git sdkand also got mono cmd but no monodevelop. the mono folder is also present in the start menu
what to do ?

What I have tried:

i have searched the sight given for mono and monodevelop but could not get it please help
