When windows is first installed on a PC, does it contain GAC folders or it's created when only visual studio is installed

First time installed on a PC: Windows
1. Does it contain GAC folders in windows subsystem
2. Or installing visual studio on that PC creates GAC folders....
3. If I install MySQL on that PC before installing visual studio. .. will the PC contain GAC folders

What I have tried:

Questioned because don't know the answer.

The .Net framework comes with pre-installed assemblies, see:

Things like DirectX and DirectSound come pre-installed.

Solution 2

Depends on the version of Windows, but all versions from Vista onwards have includes .NET pre-installed (though not necessarily the latest version) so the GAC folders have existed.

And as I said yesterday: a trivial Google would have found you that.
