Relocate objects over an image when zoom in and out.

Hello.

I need to use an image as a map in order to zoom it and set objects over it like google markers for example. C# windows form.

What I have tried:

very good job in deed. The problem is relocating object Added over the picture when zooming it, some idea please.

I thought maybe asking a new questions could obtain some help.
