Hi,

I am using excel, I have 1000 rows in a sheet and I am selecting only the first 500 rows and then trying to print:

Steps that I follow :Select first 500 rows>File>Print>Settings :a)Print Selection b) Collated c)Portrait d)Letter(8.5"*11'') e)Normal Margins f)No Scaling

The issue is information keeps shifting downwards as I progress from page 1 to 2 to 5 in the print preview which is resulting in print format issues.

How do I make sure that the information doesn't shift downwards and maintain the same format and alignment starting from page 1 to 5(Viewing the alignment in the print preview before printing) while printing

Can anybody please suggest how to resolve this issue ?

What I have tried:

Steps that I follow :Select first 500 rows>File>Print>Settings :a)Print Selection b) Collated c)Portrait d)Letter(8.5"*11'') e)Normal Margins f)No Scaling

Are you really trying to print all columns in these 500 rows?

Well it is impossible to guess what the problem could be. You may need to adjust the size of your page to fit all the data.

Yes I have tried various things however the information keeps shifting downwards as the print page preview moves from page 1 to 2 to 4 and so on

Sorry, as I already said, it is impossible to guess what is the cause of your problem.
