Virtual Memory and Paging

Hi Guys

I am quite confused. Our support guy put a 512 MB to 1024 MB Page file on drive c:
drive d is system managed

Is Page file enough for a web server not to have a memory exception?

Server specs
4GB RAM
intel xeon
