Use value like ISO week but week starting from sunday

Hi Guys,

I have a master calender starting from year 1991 to 2050.
Now I want to create e new field weeknumberasyear where if w1 contains <4 days then it should be considered in week of previous year and w1 starts from from 1st sunday of the year.

> If w1 contains >=4 days then previous year days should be considered in w1 of this year.
Like Jan 2019 contains 5 days in w1 so 30dec2018 & 31dec2018 should be considered as w1 of year 2019.

What I have tried:

Tried isoweek function and few more codes but some loop holes in each of them

Solution 1

Take a look at Week Numbers according to ISO8601[^]. It should be fairly easy to modify it to any day of the week.
