I want to get data from multiple windows systems, with multiple users currently I'm using access DB with share drive to get all the data is there any other database that can do similar work with internal data sharing.
i.e how we are getting data from the internet likewise need to get the data internal organization level or is there any other way?

What I have tried:

I'm currently using Access DB that is placed in the share drive this particular share drive is accessible by all the users, the front end will be excel from there data will be collected into access. instead of access DB can I use any other database that can collect internally.

There are lots of options, but could you explain your problem a bit clearer?
Options could be influenced by things like number of users, volume of data updates, size/volume of data, what kind of data, what other tools are available to you (e.g. Sharepoint)

I'm using Excel (VBA user form) to get the user activity(front end application) and I'm currently storing it on Access DB. Instead of access DB, I would like to replicate it like a webpage where the information will be stored internet database likewise I should store the data in the database with excel (VBA User Form). (suggestion database would be any opensource would be better.)

Why do you want to get rid of the Access DB? If it works, don't fix it!
Data does not have to be stored on an "internet database" to be accessed from a browser-type application.
You are going to struggle to update an "internet database" from an Excel form.
As we are saying - try to explain your problem in another way, what data are you trying to capture for example and how many users, what volume of data.
In the meantime Microsoft are pushing Business Apps | Microsoft Power Apps[^] which might suite you

I have given you the better explanation below

You're going to have to explain, in much greater detail, what you mean by "get the data from multiple windows". Without that, there's nothing anyone can tell you that's going to be useful.

1 solution

An alternative might be to use Matrify, which can be self-hosted, the free version allows up to 3 users: cross-platform-personal-database-tools~matrify[^]
Sadly Matrify does not support calculations although it has a spreadsheet like look.

SeaTable[^] looks like a better option: free for up to 25 users and it supports calculations and Excel formulas.
