Jquey working in .net 2.0 but not working in .net4.0

Hi All,

I am migrating one application from .net 2.0 to .net 4.0.During migration I found that Jquery is not working.But in .net 2.0 in IIS it is working fine.
These are the details :
Version of JQuerry: v1.3.2
Tool -VS2010

Can any one help me how to resolve this issue.
