What boxes? All you have is an empty form.

Yes it is a blank form just to clarify required
If you look at the image, the squares appear in vbs 2013
And at the bottom vbs 2015 it does not appear
And through it, jobs can be quickly accessed

VBS is VBScript. IT's VERY different from VB.NET, which is what you appear to be writing code in.

But you're not even asking about anything VB.NET related. You're asking how to see the class/method headers list in Visual Studio.

Go to the Tools menu, Options, Text Editor, Basic, General, and lok for the "Navigation bar" checkbox. Turn that on and you get the bar you're looking for.
