Full Year calendar in asp.net

"O I dunno...I'd like to not only see a monthly view, but a yearly view so that I can quickly glance over an entire year for an employee."

i need a calendar like this in asp.net for employee leave and attendance.

and also populate it from data base for individual employee as required.

please help me to do this
