Facebook authorization error while log into my application using Facebook

I want to the user directly log in from FB into my application, for that I am using FB SDK, and then I created my new FB account. then it give the following error

unable to login in there is an 60 - minutes delay before new accounts can log any application, please try again in an hour

its work fine with existing FB account, not when create new FB account

can anybody help me with this

You can't.
The error message couldn't be any clearer:

Facebook will not allow new accounts to log in for at least an hour after account creation - this is to prevent (or at least reduce) the number of bots prowling the site.

We can't do anything about that: it's a restriction at the Facebook end and cannot be coded round.
