Crystal reports 13.0.400 not supported in server ?

Hi,

I have developed my project using VS 2017 and crystal report V 13 ( DLL13.0.400 )

the reports are working fine on my PC but when I uploaded to the cloud server they said they are supporting only DLL 13.0.200 !!!

how can I fix this Issue ???

Please help

What I have tried:

I tried to change the version number in web.config but still the same error MSG.

You need to re-build your application with the supported version.

This is not a programming issue that anyone here can solve. Go to the Crystal Reports website and look for the download, or use their help forum.

I checked there web already and they provide only the latest version only.

2nd issue how can I change the DLL files without changing the reports files which I already designed ??

If you use a different dll from the version you use to build your application then it may work or it may not. There is only one way to find out.
