How to solve rabbitmq prometheus plugin not found error?

Hello everyone. I've stumbled on a problem with no idea how to solve it, or even what could be underlying cause. I'm running RabbitMQ server v3.8.3 and I wanted to expose its metrics to Prometheus so I enabled the plugin. On the other instance everything went fine. Thank you for your time.

Google search didn't be much help. Beside that, I've tried setup plugin again.
