I am using visual studio 2019 community and vb.
CCFRW19 is the name of my solution. I have not, directly, added any resources. When I compile either in debug or release mod, I get this error message. When I double click on the message, it doesn't take me to the error. I have no idea how to fix this. I really need help.

What I have tried:

When I look at my Resources.res file, there is nothing there.
I also tried deleting the bin and obj folders.
