Hello

I have a simple MS Access database. It stays in a local drive.
I have a simple Query named "usp_InsertBusiness" in this MS Access.
I tried to open this query using "Design View" to change this query, but an error message tells

"The Microsoft Access database engine stopped the process because you and another user are attempting to change the same data at same time."

It had been opened without this error, but someday it shows this error.
There is no other user attempting. This MS Access stays in a local drive.
It is only me to open this query.

How can I open this using "Design View"? How can I remove this error?

Thank you in advance.

I copied it to other location and tried to open it.

Have you tried using Tools, Compact & Repair? (Be sure to take a backup copy first)

Follow the methods explained below until your Access database file becomes repaired and you stop receiving the ‘Jet Database Engine Stopped’ or ‘Microsoft Jet Database Engine Stopped’ error while working with the Access database saved as ACCDB or MDB file. It is also essential to be aware that the capability of each of the methods depends on type and level of corruption. The methods that you can attempt are as follows:

Use ‘Compact and Repair Database’ – It is an inbuilt utility in MS Access application that can repair the damaged Access database MDB and ACCDB file. If you have Access 2013, Open Access, click ‘DATABASE TOOLS’ menu, click ‘Compact and Repair Database’to select and subsequently repair the damaged Access database file.
