Microsoft Excel MFC SDK !?

Does Microsoft provide Excel SDK for MFC development (with Loading, Editing some specific cells in some specific sheets & Saving Functions of an .xls or .xlsx file types) !?

If not, does it exist some other SDKs or Libraries with these functions !?
