Sticky session on my application

Hi All,
Currently am using Sticky Session on my Application with Load Balancer.

My Question is:

1. I plan to remove Sticky Session from Load Balancer and from the Application.
So is there any impact on Load Balancer or Application while removing Sticky session?

Please Guide me on this, am new to this.

Solution 1

Users will not have a consistent session, but if you're not using the session then it shouldn't be a problem.

So if i removed sticky session, will Load balancer work?

Most load balancers work with or without sticky sessions.
