Does cross domain issue occur with sub domain also?
for ex:

I my web service hosted on "service.mydomain.com" and my web app is hosted in "mobile.mydomain.com" and I am calling the web service using the client side script, will this cross domain issue apply or not?

I don't think cross domain applied for sub domain.
