Is there any component that I can visually crop picture with free shape marquee and save the result?

I am trying to find .net component so I can visually crop scanned picture and save the result. Anyone know if there is such a component, free or not free?

I would call such a component from old visual basic 6.0. project.

it doesn't have to be .net component but anykind that I can call from vb 6.0. scan image and get result back to vb 6.0 or save to file.

Why do you mention "scanned" and not a scanner. An image is an image, only the "type" matters: jpg, png, dimensions, etc. And a "marquee" is a "component"; why that's in there doesn't make much sense.
