when restoring transaction log backup on DR.

What I have tried:

In windows even log following erro occured.
When I see even log (Application) following error found

in system even following error found.

The device, \Device\Harddisk4\DR4, has a bad block.


My database is in restoring mode. so can not perform check db on database.
I have performed CHECKDB on my dc server (For same ) DB but no any error found.

Is my disk is corrupted.

Can i Restored transaction log backup on same DB or need to reconfigured database on another drive.

please suggest.

Those error messages certainly indicate that it is. Time to save everything you can and restore to a new disk from backups.

No, the disk is not corrupt, but the database is corrupt because of disk failure.

This means physical error on HDD.
The only sensible action is replacing the HDD.
Cyclic redundancy check - Wikipedia[^]
A temporary action can be to invalidate the sector on HDD, but it is done with technical tools and is not recommended to newbes. The action is highly risked.
If data on your server is valuable, think about RAID storage.

Time to break out the Disaster Recovery plan; as Windows has said there is a problem with the hard drive.

It is possible that there are things that may aid in recovery, but that would be something best left to people who are familiar with the tools.

And if you should need to replace the Hard Drive; I would recommend that you actually use physical discs and not a solid-state device for SQL data
