Hello! Which WINAPI functions could I use to retrieve input and output voltage / frequency of the UPS?

What I have tried:

For example, the UPSMON application is succesfully retrieve these data. Thanks!

UPSMON is an application that communicates with the UPS, normally via a connected USB lead.
There are no specific WINAPI functions to communicate with any UPS
