Are there free libraries to edit PDF files using C# ASP.NET?

I am trying to find a library that would receive PDF file add text to it (bottom of each page) and save it or create new updated file.
ex) iTextSHARP, licensed under AGPL, which means that technically all of your source code for the project has to be published publicly.
Can ImageMagick or GraphicMagick do that.

What I have tried:

Didn't try yet,but i am looking into these options.

No, it means if you do publish, or try and sell your code, you must not charge for any of the code that is covered by the licence.
