I have an (20x4) ndarray and i need to rotate every 4 rows from beginning to form a new ndarray which has size of (5x16). For simplicity, here is a sample of the original data and the intended resulting data with random contents just to infer the way of transpose:

original ndaaray:

0 x0 x1 x2 x3

1 x0 x1 x2 x3

2 x0 x1 x2 x3

3 x0 x1 x2 x3

df1.loc[i] = df2.loc[0:5, :].transpose().to_numpy()
